Q: How do I create an account?
A: Click here to register by filling in your details and following the instructions.
Q: I forgot my password?
A: Click "Forget Password" and key in your email to reset your password.
Q: When do I receive my order after purchase?
A: For ready stock items, we will ship out your order within 1 - 3 working days.
For backorder items, we will ship out your order within 10 - 14 working days.
For order that contain both ready stock items and backorder items, we will ship out the order once backorder items arrived. ( within 10 - 14 working days).
Q: How do I apply coupon code?
A: On the 'Checkout' page, you will see the 'discount code' column. Just type the code into the column and click 'Apply'. The total amount will automatically be deducted and you can proceed with payment.
Q:I couldn't make payment for the item that I added into cart previously. What should I do?
A: Items added to your cart will only be reserved to you for one day. Your unpaid order will be expired and canceled if the payment is not made within the time frame.

Q:How do I make payment?
A: All transactions are made in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR) via Billplz, a payment gateway that accepts credit cards, debit cards (Paypal) and local bank online transfers.
Q: Do you offer direct bank transfer / ATM transfer?
A: Yes, we do. You may obtain our bank account number from customer service. Once payment is done, kindly email us a photo of the transaction evidence at support@hwooft.com. Just as simple as 1,2,3 😉
Q: How to use store credit?
A: You can use your store credit balance to complete the existing order, top up is required if the amount is less than the bill; while balances will remain in your account with no expiry date. You will need to login your account in order to use/check the store credit.
