1. Can I join and why should I?

Yes, if you're looking to improve your physical fitness with something fun and mind-blowing

Ditch the boring exercise routine, you get a new routine everyday and our classes are suitable for everyone from beginner level with no Aerial Classes experience to expert level.

2. Do I need to be very fit and flexible to join?

No, you are suppose to come to class to get fit and flexible.

FITsy classes are suitable for everyone from beginner level with no Aerial Classes experience to expert level. All FITsy Aerial classes are designed for all levels and come with a standard flow that includes a warm-up, poses, and a signature pose. So, it will be suitable for all levels.

3. Can Aerial Classes help me lose weight?

Aerial Classes incorporate cardio and it help to burn some calories, it will help on improving body weight with combination of right diet.

4. Where are you located?

Our studios are scattered across Klang Valley, covering most prominent areas. We have studios in SS2, Sri Petaling, Menjalara, Puchong, Cheras, Subang, Kepong, and Bangsar. There's definitely one close enough for you!

5. What classes to you have?

We specialize in Flying and Aerial classes, offering Aerial Yoga, Aerial Hoop, Aerial Pilates, Aerial Silk, and Aerial Dance. For variety, we also provide Mat Yoga and Cardio Dance classes like Kpop X Fitness.

6. Can I have the schedule or the timetable?

You can get the latest class schedule here at schedule.

Our passes offer the flexibility to attend classes at your convenience. Whenever you want to join a class, simply book at our Online Member Portal. Passes are like vouchers, when you book a class we deduct the pass accordingly.

7. What language is the class conducted?

All our classes are conducted in English, but our teachers are also fluent in Mandarin if needed.

8. Any equipment that I need to bring and what attire I should come with?

It will be great if you can bring your own yoga mat for class. If you don't have, you just need to be careful when you practicing. Some drinking water will be great!

If you do not have Yoga Apparel, you can come with comfortable sports attire. Long leggings are recommended if you are coming for Aerial Classes.

9. How long is one class?

All our classes is 60 minutes.

10. How many participants in one class?

All our Aerial Classes has maximum of 13 students per class.
Small Group Classes has maximum of 6 students per class.

11. Which class should I start first? Is it Aerial Yoga or other Aerial Classes?

It is a very personal preference as different classes offer different fun and attractiveness. If you are attending Aerial Classes for the very first time, we will recommend to start with a class of Aerial Yoga.

12. Is there a weight limit?

All our equipment can take up to 150kgs. We believe it translate as "for every sizes".

13. Is there gender restriction?

There is no gender restrictions to our classes but most of the students are ladies. Almost from ladies to ladies.

14. Must I finish all my passes in one month?

Our Passes packages usually have long validity and definitely not in one month!
